On Monday, two days before the the seller was going to review all the other offers, he accepted ours. Mission accomplished! I dont know how Amy did it, but she did. The offer we made after seeing the comps in the area definitely came well under what other homes in the area were going for but still competitive enough for the seller to accept. We couldnt have done this without the market expertise and confidence demonstrated by Amy. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home in a tough market for buyers really paid off.
